1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Blackstone School of Law & Business website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment and Admission

Admission to any program is subject to meeting eligibility requirements and approval by the Admissions Committee. Blackstone reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

  • All fees must be paid according to the published fee schedule
  • Admission fee is non-refundable
  • Late payment penalties apply as per the fee policy
  • Students with outstanding dues may be barred from examinations

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Withdrawal before classes begin: Full refund minus admission fee
  • Within first week: 80% refund
  • After first week: No refund

5. Academic Integrity

Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in disciplinary action including expulsion.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Attend classes regularly
  • Maintain professional conduct on campus
  • Follow all campus rules and regulations

7. Examination Policy

Students must register for examinations by the specified deadline and comply with all examination rules set by the University of London, ACCA, or other examining bodies.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lectures, and content provided by Blackstone are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blackstone School of Law & Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.

11. Changes to Terms

Blackstone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
