No Student Left Behind Policy
The Army has always been steadfast to their sacred rule, and that is: we don't leave our men or women behind. At Blackstone School of Law, our teachers and staff proudly implement this policy in and outside of the classroom where we leave no student behind. We are proud of our efforts to increase the diversity in our classrooms and this means that we host students from all sorts of different linguistic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Because of the diverse backgrounds of our students, it is inevitable that some students struggle a bit more with the daunting monster that English law is! In this battle of learning, it is absolutely imperative that we adhere to our policy of “No Soldier Left Behind”. What do we do to implement this policy:
1. Never segregate based on student background
2. Make mixed and diverse groups for activities so that a student in need of help can get support from her/his peers.
3. Give equitable attention to all students in ways that suit the learning style of each student.
4. Give individualized attention to those who need extra help
5. The whole class and the teacher work as a team and together they win the battle.
